Global Women’s Summit ‘25

Art Direction • Event Production • Experiential Design • Collateral Design

Led the visual redesign of Washington Post Live's largest annual Global Women's Summit to align with the Washington Post's updated brand system. Developed the "On the Horizon" concept—translating the theme into dynamic gradients deployed across on-screen graphics, speaker presentations, lighting installations, print materials, and interactive displays.

Collaborated with production agency Precon to design the pre-function event space, directing lighting design, furniture selections, interactive displays, and guest experiences. Worked with an external production team to source, test, and integrate a large curved LED screen as the stage backdrop.

Postcard to the Future

Conceptualized and art directed an interactive display wall honoring sponsor Emma Grede. The installation transformed throughout the day as guests engaged with it—beginning as a black wall and gradually revealing a vibrant gradient. Attendees selected postcards from the wall, responded to randomized prompts, and mailed them to themselves, creating a participatory brand experience.
